What’s so special about our reconditioned Kirby G4?
The Machine - All our Kirby’s are stripped back to the bare shell and all the parts are removed. Each part is then hand cleaned with a cream cleaner. The outer cloth bag is washed so that it is clean and smells like new! All the working parts are then fully inspected for wear and tear and worn parts are replaced.
New parts that are fitted are, the Brush Roller, the Fan Assembly (including all washers and a new spindle) and the Inner Fill Tube. To finish off, we fit a new dust bag and belt All the aluminium parts are then placed on a buffing wheel with a "top shine" finishing compound to bring out the best shine possible. Making your Kirby look just like new! Even the screws are put on the buffing machine!!! When we rebuild, each part is carefully inspected for wear and tear. All screws are checked and double checked to make sure everything is 100% perfect. The tech-drive unit is then checked and adjusted to give you the best performance possible. Once the machine has been rebuilt, we give it a comprehensive test to make sure everything is how it should be (and how you expect it to be).
The Shampoo Kit - The shampoo kits are taken apart and checked over for problems and any worn parts are replaced. The filters are removed and cleaned. We then hand clean the kit, dry it and then polish it!
The Tool Kit and Hose Assembly - We hand clean all the tools, dry and then polish them.
